This is a podcast for widows and widowers in their middle years, 50-75+. We are wanting to reach out to those who have lost their partners and who feel maybe somewhat alone with their grief. The podcast was inspired by the formation of a widows' group which demonstrated how wonderful it can feel to speak with other people in the same situation , to be able to express whatever feelings are around.
