Here Father Ben and I speak about what the end of the PCOM process was like, and where I'll be going forward from here.

During the PCOM/discernment time, we shared our spiritual biographies. These became a way to get to know each other but also to more clearly see God's path in our lives. This is my spiritual biography.

My friend Reverend Dr. Dominique Johnson speaks to me here about how a friend of his with a prophetic voice knew he was being called- just as he was realizing God's presence in his life himself. And, as Dr. Johnson said, things got real.

What happens when a discerning young person gets in a car wreck in Appalachia- with milk everywhere? This is an entertaining story of how God can speak to us in the oddest moments from my friend Reverend Sara Pugh-Montogmery of Centenary Methodist Church.

In this episode I speak with my dear friend Rev. Stacey Harwell-Dye about her own calling to the church and how one has to discern being tied -or yolked- to institutions that have also caused harm... and the grace that can also come from that.

Have you ever experienced someone weaponizing scripture against you? That's just some of what we talk about in this episode.

I bet you've always thought that church encourages a monolithic thought of it's members? That's not always that case, and certainly not here. We also discuss the idea of if members of the population are turned off by the format of our church.
