Louisiana State Police Investigator Stefan Montgomery continues his work on the 1982 cold case murder of Roxanne Sharp. On the 44th anniversary of the discovery of Roxanne's body at the Covington Fairgrounds, Montgomery offers some insights into the leads they have received, and what direction the investigation might be headed in.
