To begin, this podcast will focus on getting a brief introduction to some of the academics, professionals, and leading voices in the enormous field of workplace psychology. In later episodes, the goal will be to dive deeper! If you are curious about a career in IO psychology, HR, or anything "people" in either academics or the business world, this podcast will offer some solid exposure to the many facets.
