Do you ever find yourself doubting that it’s actually possible for ANY busy working mom to find time for “self-care”? A cycle of hurrying, meeting others' needs, rinse and repeat?!As a full time hospice physician, wife, mom to 4 young kids, I've been there and didn't know how I'd ever be able to come up for air. Through coaching (thought work), body-based/somatic tools, and lots of trial and error in real life, I am in a place of more joy, ease, and confidence. I want to share and encourage you to step into your own power as the author of your life and feel fully capable and worthy doing it.
