Don’t allow no one to come into your life and put their insecurities on you. Continue to focus on your vision, dreams and goals. You must use your time wisely.

Be thankful for life because it can be taken from you in a split second be grateful that you are surrounded by love and genuine people. Be grateful for the air that you breathe.

Life is too short to hold grudges you have to make amends, forgive and move on.

Under cover spectators, watch your life like they watch movies and TV series they can’t wait to find out what will happens next in your life

You must separate yourself from people, places and things that no longer serve a purpose in your life. It’s time for the healed version of you to surface.

You were born to rise, so don’t second-guess yourself
