The WIL doctor
A discussion and diagnosis of the intersection between work and learning. Various guests will discuss the modern challenges within the workplace and how learning can be integrated to develop further skills and professional development. The discussion will include perspectives from formal university learning as well as informal learning linked to training and development, coaching and other such forms. Guests will therefore include university students, lecturers, those from companies and coaches. Key concepts such as work integrated learning and human capital will also be discussed.
