Exams are done, the day has been saved, but we still have an un-described time left in the school year... and it's time to decompress. As the good guys head back to Hogwarts, we prepare for all the chaos ahead. Harry and Sirius have a very nice, but a little bit weird, heartfelt conversation. We dive a bit deeper into Lupin's Curriculum Vitae. And to Nate's horror, Aaron and Jade wonder why we can't just curbstomb a tibia.

In a suprise to absolutely no one, Snape was absolutely ZERO HELP to our main characters. As Harry and co. continue to learn about his father's friends, we ask the important questions like, can you make a wand machine gun? How do you convey abstract thoughts like, "he faked his own death," using only meows? Join us and see if we answer those very questions we ask on this episode of the Wandcast!

Lupin has officially joined the party and does a LOT of talking about his backstory. I mean, it is a pretty full backstory. Oh and there's for sure no big surprises right at the end of the chapter. I mean, how could there be? Lupin's backstory pretty much takes up the whole thing! Not that I'm complaining... What was I talking about? Oh yea, enjoy the backsto... I mean the show!

After hearing Buckbeak's execution, the trio get caught up in shenanigans between Scabbers, Crookshanks, and the Grim! The Grim drags Ron through a tunnel underneath the Whomping Willow and Harry and Hermione give pursuit. The twists and turns of the tunnel are nothing compared to what we all find out at the end of the tunnel, in the Shrieking Shack!

We've reached the closing of the school year (but we still have like, a quarter of the book to go...) and it's exam time. On top of the stressors of exam week, the trio also have Buckbeak's appeal looming over them and Harry thinks he hears Professor Trelawney make a prophecy!

Hagrid  loses his case and  Buckbeak  is sentenced to death,  Ron  and  Hermione  make up, Hermione slaps  Draco Malfoy , misses  Charms class  and storms out of  Divination . Tensions rise as the  Gryffindor  vs  Slytherin  match approaches. When it comes, it is the  roughest match Harry has ever played , but Gryffindor still  wins .

Security is tightened, Hagrid is summoned to London with Buckbeak, Ron and Harry plan another visit to Hogsmeade despite Hermione’s appeals, Harry wears his invisibility cloak and while playing a trick on Draco Malfoy and his goons is unmasked, rushing back to school only to be confronted by Professor Snape, questioned and only saved by the arrival of Lupin. Ron and Hermione’s anger grows, Quidditch practice resumes, Gryffindor plays Ravenclaw and wins despite Slytherin’s attempts to sabotage the match by dressing as Dementors. Gryffindor celebrates into the night while Hermione studies. Sirius Black gets into the dorm and apparently slashes Ron’s bed curtains. In this chapter, Harry eats his feelings while Ron and Hermione try to convince him not to do anything stupid. When we last left, Harry was having a pretty rough time. Still processing the fact that his broom is gone AND he lost his first quidditch match in the same day - Harry's had enough.
