The Hermit Perspective

This is a translation of the Danish Podcast "Eremittens Kikkert" episode 4. called "Spændingsløsning" (Releasing tension). It is about how the body can release tension and old traumas or neurosis and thus letting go of emotional blockages in the body-mind system.  

This is the translation of an episode from the Danish podcast "Eremittens Kikkert" .  This is my preparation for meditation and indicates my relation to God .  It it also about counting without numbers , when you are relaxed.

I am trying to learn Channelling and this is the first time that an entity came though in English. I hope that this is real channelling, but it could also be fantasy. I can not give you any garantis.  This episode is an original and not a translation from the other podcast "Eremittens kikkert".

This is not scientific information , but based om myths and folklore in Denmark , and perhaps other countries.

This is a test episode about waking up from a dream. Some times in the past I have had som "prophetic" that happened later. It is the English version of an episode from the podcast "Eremittens kikkert" in Danish. More episodes will be translated later, if anyone cares.
