The Aftermath

Ethan comes back to the podcast this week and he makes us get all nostalgic. We look back over some of our old pictures and reminisce over the old times together. He has also been screaming at fire apparently. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

Let’s join the gang again this week as they try to stop the military from taking over all their stuff. Of course it had to happen while everyone was on winter vacation. Duty calls, am I right? At least they were able to get some new equipment out of the whole ordeal. They called it “hush money” in the form of big guns. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

Help us solve the mystery of the hidden kaiju and the haunted bathhouse in this week’s episode of Patlabor. I also get on my soap box again to talk about music, nothing new there, and Dylan shares his experience of the new Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero game. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

After much anticipation, the time has finally come! Not only did we get Ethan in the studio, but Chase as well. I won’t even begin to tell you how lengthy of a summoning ritual that was. Once upon a time there was a man who didn’t want to die. He stumbled into being a father and family man until his past haunts him, and takes everything away from him, in the form of a giant radioactive dinosaur. T...

I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am to be back in the Patlabor universe. It’s been too long. Imagine this feeling for a moment: You have to make a difficult decision when defusing a bomb, and it all comes down to these last two wires. What do you do when your crush/soon to be coworker comes up and chooses for you? You did it! She says, mockingly. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

In this week’s episode we finally got Ethan on the show, but it was far too late to watch anything so we just had a nice conversation to catch up a little. It was pretty much the standard fair for us, we talked about video games and how busy our lives are right now. To keep up tradition I yapped about music for a while, so don’t worry. There is nothing quite as weird as the voice of a grown man coming from a young woman. Let alone the fact that they are both independent and sharing the same body, but let’s not think about that. What I will say is that I wish I had half the amount of confidence as some of the members of Section 9. Just kicking down doors, busting through windows, strapped, saying. Borma sends his regards Our Link...

Here’s a crazy story about a coyote encounter I had, as well as us shilling about anime we’ve been watching. There’s also a little rant about modern shows and movies, but we don’t have to talk about that. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

Have you ever fallen in love with someone so much, just to find out they've been bombs in your legs? Haha yeah me neither… Just when you think it can’t get any weirder, a run of the mill human gets involved and is really good at what he does. Cheap detected with flesh eyes. On this episode of the ‘Bout Nothin’ Podcast I’m joined by Cade Dylan and Ian. We talk ‘Bout Whiskey, doing a blind test, and finding which is the best among <$25 whiskeys. Below is the list to follow along. The Whiskey List 1. McFarlane's Reserve 2. Maker's Mark 3. Jim Beam Devil's Cut 4. Very Old Barton 5. Redemption 6. Four Roses 7. Wild Turkey 101 8. First Call Our Links: ‘Bo...

In this week's episode of You Will WItness Man Made Horrors Beyond Your Comprehension, we have False Memories! Have you ever wanted to believe something was real in your life, just to wake up one day and find out it was all fake? Me either! Now everyone is having to come to grips with reality, while the Major offers them a job. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

The Major is back again, but this time in a red leather jacket and a bunch of malware in her brain. We also get to see some of the other members of Section 9, like Batou, who hits this drone robot harder than I’ve ever seen someone hit something. The action in this film is beautiful. Every hit feels and sounds like it connects so well. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

My day job struck again! So, Dylan and I had another discussion episode. In this one we talked about the remaster of Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, and how Jon, Dylan and myself are going to New Orleans Comic Con this weekend. Last but certainly not least, we discussed big robots. I know shocker! Armored Core and Gundam no less. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

In this lovely film we get to witness a man experience the early stages of schizophrenia as the voices tell him to build a baseball field. The best wife in the world enables his condition and the ghosts of baseball’s past show up to start a new league called: The Dugout of the Dead. He eventually goes on the adventure of a lifetime to reconnect with his deceased father through America’s favourite...

Our journey begins with Gas Baddad, a robber who gets betrayed by his teammates on a bank heist. He waits twenty years to enact his vengeance and in the process finds his long lost daughter, Amelia, who wants to kill him for abandoning her mother. After some soul searching, Amelia decides to take the high road, and they all live happily ever after. Except for her dad, he’s in prison. Our Links: Ia...

In the mean streets of Los Angeles a no nonsense cop and his squad fight for power, and no one is going to stop them. Things take a turn though when an alien predator shows up and starts skinning people. Things become personal when our Lieutenant squad is the next target. He’s in town with a few days to kill. In this week’s episode Dylan and I chill out after a long week, and what we did in our little bit of free time. There’s a newer game Dylan has been devoting some time to called, Unicorn Overlord, that he has been having a blast in. While I was grinding away at a boss, for far too long, for a chance to get a fancy weapon. You know how it goes! Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

Today we meet the hardest working young boy in the world, and witness his life change for the better after he saves a girl that fell from the heavens. Come to find out, she is the Queen of a magical floating city teeming with Robo Royal Guards. In order to get to this sky island they must go through pirates, the military, and worse of all relatives. By the way, the amount of times they almost fall...

This is another grab bag episode where we talk about all sorts of things. Primarily, Dylan wanted to talk about how he completed a playthrough of Lost Planet 2 with Ethan to get his opinion on it. Then, we discussed the games we’ve completed the achievement for. Last but not least we made some decisions on what our first playthroughs are going to be on our YouTube channel. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Se...

On this episode of the ‘Bout Nothin’ Podcast I’m joined by Dylan once again. We talk ‘Bout Golden Boy, Video games, and the ever growing anime watchlist Dylan is developing for me. Our Links: ‘Bout Nothin’ Send us Fan Mail

Welcome back to Dylan and I slowly making our way through the Godzilla film, this one me locked in at first, confused in the middle, and completely baffled at the end. Godzilla fights Rodan just to be best buds after all that to drive off Ghidorah. Sending out mad bonks his way with those boulders. Get out and stay out! Don't come back around these parts. No three headed golden dragons allowe...

In a movie with a title like this you would think that “The Good'' would be the main character of this film, but you would be wrong. It’s “The Ugly” that is the main character of this adventure, and I had no idea until halfway through. In fact, I spent the beginning of this film hating him and trying to ignore him. At the very end though my thoughts on him changed, and I realized that he...

My boy Marco is a simple man, who happens to be a pig. He chills out on his secret island and flies planes for a living as a bounty hunter. It doesn’t get much better than that. Except for after a bad crash where he has to take on a copilot to help pay off his debt, and she gets him into a fist fight in the ocean. Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

In the mean streets of Boston, two brothers single handedly take down all the mobs, by accident. Then eventually on purpose, and get reunited with their long lost father. It was a beautiful story of love and friendship. Except for the Willem Dafoe jump scares. There was a firefight! Our Links: Ian Wolffe Send us Fan Mail

On this episode of the ‘Bout Nothin’ Podcast I’m joined by Dylan and Ian (this time for real). We talk ‘Bout anime, well written stories we’ve loved, and my dislike for main characters that are terrible people. Our Links: ‘Bout Nothin’ Send us Fan Mail
