Season one finale reflects on the entire season. I took a journey to God's Acre Healing Springs in Blackville SC and got revelation on how to move forward into season 2. The best is yet to come!!

Circumstances sometimes cause us to want to hide in the shadows, but how can we truly live our best life in the shadows? In this episode we find ways to fight our way into the light, into hope, into our true purpose. You Got This!! I know it's not easy, I know you may be afraid but YOU GOT THIS!! You have to dig deep and reactivate your dreams by overcoming your fears.

What makes you happy? Do you depend on others or do you simply chose happiness and live it out loud? You must be content and confident and happy with who you are in a relationship with your whole being; mind, body and soul. Once you find that kind of contentment within you...you can truly experience fullness of joy. 

My family is blended.  It contains children that are his, mine and ours. We decided to raise our children using the the village system, which includes a network of all willing biological parents and grandparents. Using this system successfully required us to check our feelings and emotions at the door. Let's talk about it!!

My journey as a single mom had it's challenges as well as it's rewards. Creating a happy healthy structured environment for my children and myself help me to maintain my sanity and prepared me for the future.

When I experienced storms in my life there were many people that offered solutions, however the place where I thought I should have found refuge became more of a problem than a solution. 

In the aftermath of any storm that causes damage, it is a natural response to seek ways and resources to put things back in order. In the days weeks and years after tropical storm trauma hit my life I began a long process of finding balance again. 

This episode takes you on a journey through an evening in my life I have kept locked away for decades. I have never addressed or corrected controversial comments or statements about the night law enforcement was called. I quietly tucked it away and allowed people to believe whatever misconception helped them to sleep at night. This part of my journey is truly about the power of showing compassion.
