You can text us here! The conclusion of this unconvincing (for me)  tale of a big fish in a little pond. This week we look at some of the search expeditions that have been carried out, and the results/evidence that has been uncovered. Bear in mind also there have been many hoaxes perpetrated over the years, so we'll take a gander at some of those too. Support the show www.strangestuffpodcast.com w...

You can text us here! Not the actor, but Britain's longest serving prisoner.  Originally sent down for petty crimes and robbery, Charles manages to keep extending his sentence in imaginative and sometimes frightening ways.  Now 71 years old, his story is sometimes amusing, sometimes sad and definitley there is a feeling that although he was a violent man, he never commited a murder, and should be...

You can text us here! There have always been 'experts' willing to tell you how to do everything from choosing the best brand of cigarette to how much lead you need to mix into paint to make it last longer.  It's amazing so many of us survived to adulthood. This week we look at Parenting Advice from the 1960's and what Doctors recommended in those times. It's wild. Support the show www.strangestuff...

You can text us here! The Sumerians gave us writing, the plough, beer and literature amongst many other cultural advancements, but were they the result of natural evolution or did they come from an otherworldly source? The Anunnaki were the Gods of choice back then, and they raise a lot of questions. We have some answers. Possibly. Support the show www.strangestuffpodcast.com www.patreon.com/stran...

You can text us here! As  requested by Mark, this week we take a dive into astral projection. Or at least, put a toe in the water. You can text us here! Imagine being able to visualise something thousands of miles away in real time. Or something that is going to happen somewhere in the world.  Apparently its a thing. Ask the CIA, the Russians or a host of private companies that carry out research into this ability. Remote viewing is the ideal way to find out whats going on with your 'enemies' and this episode looks into how r...

You can text us here! This week we talk about the symptoms of alien abduction. Everything from lost time, nosebleeds and a sore botty, to anxiety and strange markings on your skin. You can text us here! There are many symptoms that individually may mean nothing, but if you suffer from several of them, it may be an indicator that you have in fact, been abducted by aliens! Lost time, nosebleeds and a sore bottom are some of the things to watch for. This week, I try to convince Mark that we are visited a lot more often than you may think, and I have the facts to prove it. Kinda...

You can text us here! Is it possible there is a reason we have so many crazy cat people? The internet seems to have been invented just for cat pics and videos. and previously normal people we know suddenly turn up covered in cat hair and gushing about Mr. Mitten's latest adventures. What if they are actually being mind controlled to suddenly become more conducive to cat ownership? Not as nuts as i...

You can text us here! A strange title for a strange episode. I didn't really know what to call this episode, because we didn't really focus on a single subject. So I settled on a title that basically means talking a lot! From dead bodies starring in tv shows, to Welsh sheep farmers passing laws about... well, Welsh sheep farming. It seems we just went off on one. Support the show www.strangestuffp...

You can text us here! Nonsense? Don't be too sure. There are lots of theories about where thousands of high ranking Nazis' fled to after the war, and one of the most popular ones involves a base on the moon, where they are preparing for the Fourth Reich. Perhaps in it's entirety it's a bit far fetched, but there is more truth to this than you might expect. There are indeed Nazis' on the moon! Supp...

You can text us here! This man is unique.  He ranks amongst the highest body counts for serial killers, but he is little known outside of his native Brazil. Today we will try to fix that.
