Along the way, one of us found out they had a long-lost brother, so he joined as well so we could figure out if he secretly wanted to murder them. We've been streaming as a vidcast since early 2021. In addition to subscribing to the podcast, make sure to check out our live streams on Twitch and YouTube, where we also showcase other...

Season 2 continues with Part 2 of "Hollow Kingdom" by Kira Jane Buxton. In this episode, we discuss the 2nd half of the book, read 1-star reviews, give our ratings, and debate how birds f***. Warning: This episode contains hot dog condiments being used as illustrations for how bird nookie works.

"Hollow Kingdom" Part 1: Triscuits Are Disgusting 14.09.2022

We're back with Season 2! This season kicks off with "Hollow Kingdom" by Kira Jane Buxton. In this episode, an old woman eats Triscuits and a crow thinks it's disgusting. Warning: This episode contains potty words.

"Bewilderment" Part 1: Robins for Algernon 09.02.2022

*UPDATE* There were a couple of moments of long silence near the end of the episode where I **ahem** forgot to add in the audio stinger. Those awkward moments of silence have been resolved in the newest upload. We're starting "Bewilderment" by Richard Powers. In this episode, we discuss the first third of the book, in which "Flowers for Algernon" is foreshadowed to be the roadmap for this book. Wa...

2021 Epilogue 21.01.2022

We wrap up 2021 with discussions about all of the "bests" and "worsts" from the books we read in 2021.

"The Color of Magic" Part 2: Hung Like a Turtle 30.12.2021

We're finishing Discworld Book One: "The Color of Magic" by Terry Pratchett. In this episode, we discuss the second half of the book, which leads to a "Science Time with Rich" segment about turtle dingles (featuring a special science guest). It's all still very vulgar and childish.

"The Color of Magic" Part 1: Don't Say Eight 06.12.2021

We're starting Discworld Book One: "The Color of Magic" by Terry Pratchett. In this episode, we discuss the first half of the book, try not to say the number that is equal to 7+1, and slightly improve our audio performance and editing. Sensibility is pretty well a thing of the past.

"House of Leaves" Part 3: We're Finally Finished 22.11.2021

We're finally finished reading "House of Leaves" by Mark Z Danielewski, but we're still talking about it. In this episode, we discuss the last section of the book, give our ratings, read 1-star reviews, and present our casting for if this were to be a film (a first for the podcast). Sensibility is mostly out the window.

"House of Leaves" Part 2: Why Are We Still Reading This? 01.11.2021

We're still reading "House of Leaves" by Mark Z Danielewski. In this episode, we eventually talk about the book, but on the way there, we have SCIENCE TIME WITH RICH, a special baking segment, discuss the birds and the bees, and so much more unrelated, unscripted nonsense. The vulgarity is still there, but we're really reaching for the "sensibility" part.

"House of Leaves" Part 1: WTF Are We Reading? 18.10.2021

We're reading "House of Leaves" by Mark Z Danielewski. In this episode, things get weird, things get oppressively boring, Rich learns how to do laundry, and so much more nonsense! Regardless, we have a lot of fun and add a few hundred dollars to the swear jar.
