Hello, I'm Tracey Quayle, founder of Reconnect Individual Retreats and Co-Founder of Reconnect Relationship Retreats. I am a counsellor with 15 years experience in private practice, a breathwork instructor and certified psychedelic assisted therapist. I combine talk therapy with my love of other somatic practices to help people live the life they want to live.
