Shana & Bridget
Off the Scale Unfiltered
We are Shana and Bridget! We are two women on a health journey that we want to continue to build on and sustain. Our goal is to help other people who have lost weight or are in the process and are now looking for guidance on how to maintain it long-term. We bring a light-hearted and relatable conversation to the table, filter-free and real. We want to share what we are learning about keeping a healthy mindset beyond the numbers, finding consistency and balance with all of the curveballs life can throw and how to celebrate the journey with one another.

Change is not linear...you have to be patient! 02.08.2026 43:05

Don't let the number of your years or the number on the scale dictate what you are capable of ac...

Body Fat Obsession in Maintenance 05.07.2026 44:51
You finally get to maintenance but you are still letting an app or scale tell you that you are or are not at your "ideal" body fat. What is that anyway? If we are in maintenance, chances are that we are at that healthy body fat but why do we continue to obsess and feel like we need to do more or be better? This week we are talking about calories and goals. Are we really eating in maintenance or a slight deficit? What happens when we try to create too much of a deficit? What the hell is going on with this be skinny don't lift weights idea and has the pendulum swung too far in the opposite direction of the body positive movement? So many squirrels and so much to unpack!
Patience, Consistency & More Patience 14.06.2026 43:12
