Pamela Mitchell Hoy’s disappearance captivated the Piedmont-Triad in July of 1990. When her body was discovered months later, her murder case was overseen by a now-retired captain with the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office. Michael Hennessey goes on a ride-along with Tom Sheppard to retrace Hoy’s final steps.
