I quickly familiarize myself with the Spanish legal and social work systems being labeled as a victim of gender violence. Victim is a mindset and I choose to see myself through a very different lens.

The saga continues with a striking crescendo as your girl sees the light and emerges on the other side.

Despite years of doing “the work” everyone is always talking about, feeling like I had healed and stood on solid ground; I found I was lost more now than ever.

My adventure in Spain continues to unfold. Although I felt as though I stood on solid ground I quickly realized I was up a creek without a paddle. Many lessons learned were abandoned for the excitement of dancing with the devil.

Easing back into the podcast, lubricating the wheels and getting this train back on the tracks. I begin sharing my adventure moving to Spain; the good, bad, and ugly.

Fire is purification and cleansing. Sometimes the people we start the journey with can’t finish with us, and that’s okay. Let’s discuss how taking inventory and stock of the voices and influences around us is an important task; and learning who to hold and who to fold will serve your highest good and purpose. Oh and I cleaned my bedroom!

Which will you choose, fear or faith? This week I have been contemplating if moving to Spain is the correct choice. Everything I prayed for and manifested has presented itself, and now I am choosing to leave. Is this the right choice? Spoiler, I don’t know the answer yet, but I talk out my insecurities, vulnerabilities, and reservations about the move, perhaps you’ll be able to relate.

What is a girl to do when everything she prayed for manifests? Does she enjoy the fruits of her labor or find bigger mountains to climb? Time will tell.

The world is your classroom and we are each other’s teachers. I try to pay attention to the way people act and react. I take inventory of the good, bad, and ugly as I try to adapt and improve my responses to behavior or situations. In short, being thoughtful and pausing before responding has served me best; well…at least I try!

This week I was filled with gratitude as several people reached out to compliment my podcast and comment on the value it has provided. Recognizing on three years of consistency it made me reflect on times when I didn’t believe in myself or my ability to execute to completion and all of the ways I built my own self belief, determination, and of course my favorite word: Discipline.

Walking alone in life is difficult but it presents many opportunities to know one’s self and to teach people who enter your life how to treat you. #alonenotlonely

Divine timing is the outcome that serves the highest good. It hardly ever aligns with our own. Ultimately what you want is already yours if your are tenacious, and resilient enough. Patience for the path to open up and the acceptance to believe in divine timing enough that it will.

Aaaaand we’re back! Tying up loose ends from last season (last year) and updates on what the new year is bringing in terms of mental, physical, and spiritual growth.

Wrapping up season two on the eve of my birth. There is much work to be done, and wisdom to be gained. I look forward to hunting and gathering to bring the fruits back to my tribe. I love you all.

This last week I allowed myself to act out of character in reaction. This is episode is about reflecting, how to control in the moment, and trying to move forward after a confrontation.

Those week we pick up where we left off. I mentioned seeing repeating numbers for about a month. I breakdown each number sequence, the meaning, and ways you can pay attention to the messages coming your way.

In this episode I admit I have not had the chance to digest the messages of this week as I am still experiencing and unpacking it in real time. What I can say is, that it is important to be courageous enough to not be silenced when you speak on justice and to be fearless in your convictions. Be that single voice of reason, even if it is unpopular. It is a great act of resistance.
