Maybe Something Good

It's finally spring semester, and things are looking up (yay)! But let's see how long it lasts.

It's January! You know what that means? A new semester of graduate school. But also, the last semester.

Time really does move fast. As my fall semester wraps up, I look back on the dreams and aspirations that set me on this path.

Remember when I said I love living in New York City. Well, I take it back.

I did it! I made it to New York, and I love it... for now.

Saying goodbye to my friends and family, moving away from the city I grew up in, never looking back. The time has come, and I have no choice but to be ready for it all.

It's getting real. It's finally getting real. As I prepare to move, I find myself reflecting on my four years as an undergraduate. Always on the go. And here I am, once again, on the go. This time, making the move to New York. The perfect word to describe how I'm feeling? Bittersweet.

"How do you feel about moving to New York—excited, scared, nervous?" A question I've been asked countless times. My response: "Yes." Ten days away. I'm ten days away from being in a new city, with new people and new experiences. And honestly, I have no idea what I'm going to do.
