Making Heyer

Eve and Devan read Helen, the second of Heyer's contemporary novels and the third of the books so far to be removed from publication by Heyer later in her career.   Content notes: classism, misogyny, death of a parent, dicussion of incest and incestuous subtext, world war I.

Instead of the Thorn is Georgette Heyer's third novel, which she later removed from publication.
