Salvation has always been by grace alone through faith alone. Reliance on the Law only brings a curse. The good news is that Christ became a curse for us on the cross, fully redeeming believers from condemnation .

Although all people are conceived with a sin nature, God in sovereign grace receives infants and the mentally disabled into heaven when they die. Grieving parents have real, scriptural comfort: their children are with the Lord, and God’s redemptive purposes are not thwarted by death.

Wherever we go—whether in joy, suffering, light, or darkness—God is already there, leading and holding His people. While God’s omnipresence is comforting and life-giving for believers, it is also convicting, reminding us that there is no hiding from a holy God and calling us to repentance, trust, and faith grounded in truth rather than feelings.

When our souls are crushed—whether by suffering, sin, or discouragement—the only true restoration and life come from God through his word. Scripture revives, restores, and enlarges the heart as God grants understanding and calls us to meditate deeply on His truth.

God's knowledge of all things is convicting and comforting.

The world’s brokenness and humanity’s fallenness finds its only true restoration in Jesus Christ. Biblical peace is wholeness, reconciliation, and flourishing—peace in the world, peace with God, peace with others, and peace within—secured through Christ’s righteous reign and sacrificial death on the cross.

Trying to act as a savior leads to exhaustion and failure. God intentionally exposes human inadequacy to point us to Christ’s sufficiency. We need to rest in Jesus, who carried our sin, reigns forever, and faithfully holds what we cannot.

Scripture demonstrates Jesus’ deity through His works, claims, and the explicit testimony of the New Testament. Jesus is the heroic, all-powerful warrior-King who delivers His people, conquers His enemies, and stands at the center of both Christmas and the gospel message.

Jesus is a divine and awe-inspiring King whose character stands contrasts the failed and foolish rulers of Israel and Judah. He is wonderful in his incarnation, teaching, and miracles. He is counselor in his perfect wisdom, guidance, and sympathy toward. Because He is both wondrous and wise, believers must trust Him, seek His counsel, and bring their burdens to Him.

Humanity is deeply corrupted. God will judge, but he gives mercy toward the repentant. Believers need to pursue holiness and treasure Christ above all else!

Children please God when they obey their parents. Parents should encourage godly goals in their children.

Christians live out their marriage under the lordship of Christ. Wives submit to their husbands. Husbands romance and sacrifice for their wives.

For the Christian, all of life is lived as worship. Christians live under Christ's lordship, consistent with his character, and for his glory. The life of worship is marked by thankfulness.

We sing because singing is the means of having Christ’s words dwell in us richly. Singing is how we teach and admonish one another. Singing is how we express our gratitude to our great and good God!

Live is the supreme Christian virtue. It binds believers together in unity. Peace rules our hearts so that the church may live in harmony.

In Christ we are given a new identity: chosen, holy, and beloved. Therefore must put off our old sinful ways and put on the Christlike of compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. We are called to bear with one another and forgive each other.

The church is the only place where racial, religious, cultural and social barriers do not divide. Christians are united because Christ is all and is in all.

Christians must put off anger, wrath, malice, slander, lying, and obscene talk—because through union with Christ, the old nature has been crucified and stripped away. Believers are now the “new man,” clothed in Christ’s righteousness and being renewed into His image.

Believers are united to Christ, robed in His righteousness, and secure in His protection and promises. Though our true life is presently concealed—often marked by weakness, sin, and struggle—it will one day be revealed in glory when Christ appears, transforming us into His likeness.
