Dr Harvey Jones, Neuropschologist, and Dr Damon Ashworth, Clinical Psychologist have developed a show where they take turns asking each other about a topic that they would like to learn more about that they think their clients may be interested in learning more about too. Each episode will come out monthly, and consist of a different topic each month. The topic will be known ahead of time, but the questions will not be known until the episode is recorded. Each episode will end with a key takeaway for how people can improve their skills in this area of their lives.
