People often pride themselves on having a lot of friends or people in their circle. Are those people supporters or are they just surrounding you to see how things turn out for you?

Im an introvert, I don't like being around people. I like to be by myself all the time, but do you though. Could it be that you are afraid of rejection, so to avoid it you stay to yourself? Take a listen and lets figure this thing out.

Have you ever found yourself doing something you have always done and it's no longer working. Something you have devoted your life to, and your results are not the same. To the point it has you questioning your identity. Take a listen as we unpack this thing.

Have you ever stopped to think about all the baggage you carry that does not even belong to you? We pride ourselves on being good friends, family members and co-workers, not knowing that we are carrying all of their baggage instead of just caring.

We have our own thoughts and plans but what happens when life happens and you have to pivot. Are you ready? What is the significance of being able to pivot, tune in and find out?

How often to you hear oh that’s just who I am or that’s just my personality when dealing with people. I came to let you know that’s not true, it’s trauma and residue from past hurt.

We often times need to be in control of things concerning us. We feel if we don’t have our hands in it, it won’t come out right. Or is it we just don’t trust people to do things because they have disappointed us before.

For years I struggled with rejection and wanting to have a group of friends and be accepted. Once I got still and healed oh how things have changed.. Tune in

As we go through life we constantly put others in front of ourselves, whether it is your husband, children, friends or job. All day the same routine just a different day, but it is 2024 and I choose me. This time it is me I will pour into and follow my dreams and be happy.

Woohoo, we have crossed over to a new year. A clean slate is available for you to start new. Everybody making vision boards and making new diet plans, all of that is wonderful. What is the point of going through the motions if you have no discipline.

Sometimes we tend to forget that we are that chick. We get beat down by life and expectations to the point that we forget who we are. I came to serve notice that you need to get comfortable with being THAT CHICK. You have survived so much and have the scars to show it, so now let's walk it out. Hold your head up, straighten that wig and lets do what we came to do.

Have you ever had a plan to go somewhere or do something, then you are rerouted inconveniently and dont have any directions. You end up in a place you are not familiar with and you only have God to depend on. If you have found yourself in that place take a listen.

Going through a process can be hard. You are attempting to change something that you have become used to, wether it is your thought pattern or just your actions. Process is hard but we have to remember you are still awesome. You being awesome doesn’t change just because the process is not pleasant .

Have you ever planned out your life and desired to have certain things by a certain time or age and it didn't quite happen that way. It's ok, give yourself grace. You will not alway hit the mark, it does not make you any less of a person. Grace is required for this journey.

Ever wondered why you don't fit in or you wonder why people don't like you for whatever reason. It's because your invitation is different, we are set apart. God is protecting the very thing that he is cultivating in you, its your protection because your invitation is different.

How many times have we allowed our feelings to dictate how we move or how we behave. Are those feelings actually based on a fact or a thought you had. It's time to get our feelings on a schedule so that we can be more productive.

As we have gone throughout life we have put expectations on people to treat and love us a certain way. When in reality they are not equipped to give us what we are expecting. How many people are you disappointed by right now do to your expectations of them.
