Unhinged? nah, just processing my life in real time! Falling on Deaf Ears (FØDE) premieres on YouTube every Wednesday at noon (PST). Full episode available everywhere shortly after. Join me for a drive if you can handle self-awareness, vulnerability, possible tears and who knows what else. You know when you're driving and your mind is racing through all the sh!t going on in your life? That's what FØDE is about, just me driving around yapping with a couple of cameras and a mic. FØDE is a liminal space, I think of this podcast like the hallway between destinations.

Fleeting Immediacy 25.01.2026

It has been a rough couple of weeks, and to top it off, it's COLD! But even this moment no matter how uncomfortable it might be, is fleeting. And there is something beautiful about that. If nothing else, that I have made it to the other side--this time has passed. No longer here. Whether it's an uncomfortable moment or one of glee, as with everything, it is all fleeting. My hope is to be a...

Extra! Extra! 14.01.2026

Fog. Twilight. A near-empty movie theatre. This episode of FØDE starts as a dark, rainy drive through Vancouver Island and turns into a meditation on noticing—how cinema communicates through subtle choices, why obsession can be a form of devotion, and what happens when you finally stop apologizing for being extra. After watching Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair in theatres, I found myself sittin...

Do Your Homework Ep.6 07.01.2026

In this episode, I talk about self-worth, boundaries, and why you can’t do other people’s inner work for them. The core idea is simple: everyone has their own homework. Healing, shadow work, growth—none of it can be outsourced. I’m not here to help anyone cheat on the test, and I’m not interested in getting between people and their suffering. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is step back...

Heated Rivalry Ep.5 05.01.2026

I start this episode talking about Heated Rivalry and end up talking about craft, storytelling, and that feeling of finally finding people who notice the same details you do. This isn’t really a review. It’s me thinking out loud about why certain stories work — the cinematography, the transitions, the restraint, the way flashbacks can feel smooth instead of jarring when they’re done right. I talk...

Trust Yo GUTT Ep.4 24.12.2025

In this episode, I talk about learning (the hard way) what it actually means to trust your gut — not as a slogan, but as a lived practice. I reflect on hospitalization, self-betrayal, and the lifelong habit of looking outside myself for permission instead of listening to my body. I explore the difference between symptoms and signals, how rest can be an act of trust, and how the body often knows lo...

Kismet Ep.3 17.12.2025

Have you ever felt like something found *you* instead of the other way around? That's how I feel about the name of this podcast FØDE (Falling on Deaf Ears). Emotional. Strange. Deeply affirming. That's just how I talk to myself in the car. Synchronicities, Kismet or Fate, if you seek it, it will seek you; our bodies aren't always ready for full alignment. A meditation on meaning-making, in this ep...

Enter Wound Ep.2 10.12.2025

Falling on Deaf Ears (FØDE) — a weekly drive through my unravelling in real time. Shadow work, tech failures, a medically induced coma, and Dance Temple? Hold my pearls. Nothing is off the table… tune in to find out why. Today it’s Doctors vs. Wi-Fi, and both are somehow helping me heal —but not in any polished or inspirational way. This is the space between my inner and outer world, where a glitch...

Arc of Betrayal Ep.1 03.12.2025

Sometimes we just gotta say things, that's what Falling on Deaf Ears (FØDE) is about; the 'Real Talks' we have with ourselves, when no-one is listening and our words can safely escape with our exhales. Originally this Podcast was to be called 'Voi Liminal,' by episode 3 it evolved to FØDE. A lot of 'becoming' happens in those in-between moments, between here and there, like the hallway between spa...
