What are those little black cameras all over the northwest suburbs? They're all over Illinois, and the country. An estimated 90,000 of them watch our roadways nationwide. Student reporter Noah Jahn looked into it, and interviewed a variety of different sources for a video story on what these cameras are and the controversy surrounding them.
