In this episode you can hear me reflecting on some problems I've had witht his project, and in retrospect, I think the answer was not to stop, just to alter the path a little. I was also feeling very exhausted at this point in time, which is perhaps why I felt relief in the idea of stopping. Also some good news...

I remember that this day I was feeling really low on confidence in my practice and this was the result - thinking I should stop doing this thing and do something MORE worthwhile... instead of thinking about how I coul dmake what I'm doing more worthwhil...
