Friends for over a decade, Chad, Trisha and LenEll catchup over a cup of coffee and talk all things parenting!  LenEll, girl mom, is the pro with a Masters in Applied Psychology, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, LBA, and ESDM Certified. Chad & Trisha are simply parents of a high school and middle school boys that are always trying to stay one step ahead.  As we continue to search for ways to level up our family dynamic, we share the tips, tricks and parenting hacks that we've learned along the way.
