The World Elites has forced humanity to live in 15 minute cities where they are monitored day and night. Told when to sleep, eat, drink and so on. But two rebels One a former sheriff and the other a computer nerd with a oxygen mask which he has to wear to breath or else he dies from lack of air dares to rebel against the system.
