Conversations with Mother Earth

I truly enjoy checking in with my Higher Self and the Divine around the change of seasons/ solstice/equinoxes in order to understand what I am experiencing during that specific time. Growth definitely isn't linear, and so often we have to continually release lingering subconcious programming that doesn't serve our highest good any longer. For this specific season, I have 7 different questions for...

The Light definitely hit a major milestone over the past week, and as of 6/7/25, there were some big time celebrations happening within our cosmic community. If you had been paying attention, there was a crazy amount of geomagnetic storms and solar energy entering the planet Monday-Wednesday, with those affects carrying all the way into the weekend.  For this week's episode, Spirit gives us some i...

We've been asked to co-create the world we want to see around us, and right now, more than anything, we need to be a light vessel - a bridge between the Divine and the Earth - in order to anchor in the Earth reality we want to live in.    Here is the first (of many) guided meditations for you to utilize in your own spiritual practice, whenever you may need some visualization guidance. Allow yourse...

Welcome back to another Sophia Sunday transmission! The past few weeks have been focused on Co-creating the world we want to see, and visualizing the future we want to live in. In addition, we have been asked to dedicate time (about 15 minutes a day, for about 15 days) to the light - open ourselves up fully to be bridges for the Divine Light to anchor into the Earth plane. Those messages over the...

If we understand that we have a divine purpose in creating with limitless potential, then we understand that we can change the world. This message is something that has been coming up more and more recently in our channeled messages, and this past week, I stumbled upon a Healer who offers the same message in his book, "Conversations with the New Earth: Becoming Stewards of the New Earth and Creato...

Did you know that you can use the Akashic Records like ChatGPT? If you program your question through a specific lens or perspective, you receive information based on that premise. For example, in this reading, I wanted to learn about plants and the perception of plants through the lenses of the EarthKeepers, the Seeders and Planters of Earth (Galactic Beings) and the Mother Creator of All. Each of...

Bird song. Have we ever stopped to take the time to contemplate what it is, what it means, what it does for our human self and for the Earth? Today our Divine Feminine transmission wanted to talk about birds, and I am loving it! Here is a snippet of what was shared today in our reading: "We are here maintaining the frequency and vibration [of the planet]. We are here producing noise to change your...

"I have a message for you, People of Earth. A message that has been missed time and time again. A message that lives in the water, in the air, in the trees, and in the Earth. A message that speaks to your soul, that moves in vibration, that whispers to you... It is saying, "Here I am, in the wind. Here I am, in the air. Here I am in the light and the sky and the clouds." The moments of doubt and c...

Surrender is a journey, isn't it? It involves small, yet consistent shifts often over long periods of time... years even! When we choose surrender, we are choosing the unknown, and that is both hard and scary. But what can we learn from the spiritual teachers that have come before us? They show us that surrender is the ultimate path to your destiny, to your wholeness and oneness with the Divine. I...

"I am the Mother of All.. I am older than Time, older than Wisdom." Our 4th Sophia Sunday episode did not disappoint. The Mother of All Things, the Queen of Heaven had messages for the collective today and I am so happy to have captured them here for all of us. Some of the major takeaways I have from this session include our ability as humans to "birth" our own reality, to birth a greater world, a...

Back for Episode 3 of our Sophia Sunday series and today was one so full of beautiful Earth energy and Mother Earth messages! I have been loving spending time with the Divine Feminine each week, and I hope you are enjoying the messages coming through.  Here are some true gems from Sunday's channeled message: "All the things around you speak in the same way in vibration, in waves, in energy, and al...

Welcome Friends to a milestone celebration for me... 20 episodes! Wow and woohooo! I've learned that in life, we need to celebrate progress and growth. It reminds us to stay present, be in the moment, live in the now, and all the other fitting colloquialisms. So 20 episodes! Starting this journey, ("my project" as I coined it) I had a very different idea of what it would look like- how I pictured...

Episode 2 of Sophia Sundays is up, albeit a few days late. This week we are celebrating Jesus's life, death and resurrection as well as Earth Day! Two of my favorite things. If you can believe it, Jesus and Mary Magdalene's love and divine union were definitely included in today's transmission, as well as just some information about Jesus's general messaging and life while here on Earth. It truly...

Welcome to a new series, friends! This is going to be our Sunday special for awhile... I'm calling it Sophia Sundays, or Sophia's wisdom for the week. Each Sunday, I am setting aside some time to connect myself to the Goddess Sophia, to the Sacred Feminine, to Mother Creator of All, to the network of all those energetic beings (aka Isis, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, etc.) who have guided humanitie...

Have you ever pondered over the purpose of emotions and what they mean for the human experience? Well, because I definitely have! As a high feeling person, I have often wondered what feeling adds to my life experience, what it all means, and why the heck we have them.    In today's episode, I have the opportunity to work through identifying some of my own stored emotion in my womb area while relea...

I have found that asking Mother Earth and my Spirit Team about the meaning of seasons has become one of my favorite things to do! Spring is all about renewal, rebirth, new life, forward momentum, and planning/ envisioning what you want to experience in life.... and how flipping cool is it that it ties in so perfectly with my continued study of the Divine Feminine energy.    This reading was jam pa...

As the Divine Feminine reawakens our hearts, and nudges them to open and lead us, it is wonderful to remember that we are always being guided along our unique and individual paths. We are reminded that the Divine Feminine guides our hearts and asks us to listen and follow the messages 1,000%. With Mary Magdelene as the counterpart to Jesus, we are being asked by both to live each day from this sac...

I had no idea what to expect when Spirit told me they wanted to share messages about Earth's people- this was way better than anything I could have imagined.   From the Seeders and Planters of Earth, those that helped build and develop this beautiful planet around us, have some beautiful direction on what we can do today to move ourselves through this time of transition. Big picture, it is an impo...

Going into this session, I had the idea to understand more how a seed could possibly contain the blueprints of life- something so small with so much potential. Spirit showed up and blew that topic right out of the water for me. Instead of focusing on plants and biology and growth cycles, I received a big time transmission about soul creation, soul growth, soul purpose and soul expansion. Truly inc...

What if we could receive a manual on how to navigate life as a human being on Earth? Well, I think many of us are here right now to receive that information and share it with the human community. What habits and behaviors are important for us to implement as we live our unique experiences here? So often we get lost in following society's belief systems about what makes a good life- and when we fol...

When the world feels like a scary, unsafe place, Mother Earth and my Spirit Guides have some wonderful suggestions on how to bring us back to center - to ground and/ or stay grounded in Mother Earth and in the present moment.   If nothing else, this session showed to me some important practices that I need to focus more on - and a few things I need to move away from. In everything, it always comes...

This episode we ask Mother Earth the importance of our soil - how it affects us as humans and why it is so important. In this asking, we received soooo much more than just that. Joined by a Native American Spirit Guide, the content for this episode opens our minds to the astounding support soil provides us, the history it holds, and the power it has on manifesting our dreams.    I hope you enjoy t...

In Conversations with Mother Earth this episode, I really wanted to see what wisdom Water had for us. This is my first time really conversing with the Water element, and hopefully not my last. There is so much wisdom available to each of us when we use the natural world around us as teachers. Water, Air, Tree, Bird, Mountain, Snow.... all of them have messages from the Divine for us.  Water has so...

In Conversations with Mother Earth today, She shared how food has been used as a tool of manipulation by a select few throughout history. We also get to see how current food systems are dying and new ones emerging.  If you have ever been curious about growing your own food - vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit - Mother Earth gives us some tools on how to do that successfully as well. And... what...

Surrender is one of the ultimate forms of self-love, and today I act in full surrender to the information that I am receiving these days in meditation. In our Conversations with Mother Earth episode today, I tap into the wisdom of Crystals and other Stone Elemental Beings.    I hope you enjoy listening to this conversation as much as I enjoyed filming it!
