In this episode I read three uplifting stories in a smooth monotone voice. :)

So I love to cook, it helps me to just unwind and relax and what better way to enjoy the company of people than sitting around chatting while taking your time to cook something that smells and tastes great. So join me while we cook together. Oh and I also play some Australian rock at about the thirteen minute mark for about twenty seconds :)

In this episode, I’m a little relaxed and sleepy so while I talk about a couple of really happy news items they lead me to recall a few pleasant memories.

My life is pretty great in so many ways. Let me tell you about the small joys that I managed to collect in 2021 that helped me stay pretty happy :)

With the start of 2022 I reflected on all the wonderful events that happened to me during 2021 which made me think last year was actually a pretty great year.
