Our young people are the future voters and leaders of their community, state, and nation. To be knowledgeable voters and effective leaders, each of them needs to understand how to be a good citizen and, importantly, why that matters. Civics Bits is one way to support teachers and families in the important task of ensuring that this learning is not left to chance. The purpose of this podcast is to explore citizenship topics in manageable chunks that are appropriate for elementary-aged students.
