At Untypical , we have been working in this space since the mid-1990s and in reality, for most change practitioners, nothing has changed. Tried and true (or is that tired and true?) methodologies that deliver change programs in pretty much the same way as they did back in the early days. People who create artefacts like change plans, BIAs (that's a business impact assessment for those not "in the know") and comms plans, the delivery of which are often used as the milestones of success more than the actual delivery...
