https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/wuuogghmmn *Once upon a time, from I don't know exactly when to the seventies, a couple of kilometers from the village of Liznjan, there was a rural, agricultural organization of the socialist/communist type. It comprised five or six buildings but I'll present only two in today's post.* (Enlargeable) *The buildings must have looked the same when they were freshly b...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/segfqmzbbh A couple of days ago, a couple of friends came to visit. One of those friends and I were preparing something to eat early in the afternoon and the cat called Bembo was supervising the cooking. (Enlargeable) In today's epic multimedia post, I'll show you the food, the cat, and the overall atmosphere of that sunny winter day. (Enlargeable) Bembo is present...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/mhlnyqkoqx The previous episode ended with the winged Lasius niger queen ready to fly and, if everything goes according to the reproduction plan, establish a new colony. (Enlargeable) When I revisited Marlera three days later ... (Enlargeable) ... I came across the considerably bigger queens of another species. In this set of four photographs, you can see the Messo...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/pjduvvlksr It happened in my garden, on the ground between two rows of tomato plants, a couple of days ago. A wasp was digging a hole and I was recording and photographing the process. It took a couple of hours for the insect to accept my presence, but once it did, I was able to come very close and use the macro lens. (Enlargeable) The wasp in question is Sphex fun...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/xsdrxxqcph Nine days ago, I published a post about plant lice in my yard. I noticed them while removing some weeds, I took a couple of photographs, and then in the evening, I prepared a short report to publish here on Hive. The plant lice were of a species that lives, feeds, and reproduces on the bay laurel shrubs and trees. Since I have a couple of pretty big laur...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/gxcpeucd This is just a small video fragment of the much longer post on Hive, a post in which you can see plenty of photographs and read a bit about the beautiful clouds on the 5th of August 2016. Seen in the context of the post this very short video looks much better and makes much more sense. It's just too short to be a standalone thing. For the soundtrack, I use...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/zwpkghtb I was driving around the area about ten to twenty kilometers from my hometown and I record a few short fragments of footage along the way. This short video isn't very interesting as a standalone thing, but in combination with the text & photographs of the longer, more elaborate post on Hive, it looks better and it makes more sense. The music is some lovely...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/skgkujmz Hi. This video is too short to be interesting as its own thing. But as a part of a longer and more elaborate post on HIVE, it can be pretty cool. And that's exactly how it is presented. As a fragment of a longer story on HIVE. You'll see a swarm of bees buzzing on the garden wall of one of the houses in the small village called Jurshichi. The music in the...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/albgqagu Hello. In this video, I'm playing, and talking about a video game. Crysis 3 is the title of the game. When I bought a new computer a little less than two years ago, Crysis 3 was installed on it. So, a couple of months later I tried it. And I liked it. Not immediately, though. The start looked a bit dull. The graphics looked great, but it all looked generic...

https://3speak.tv/watch?v=borjan/jsfcbwta Here you can see some stuff recorded near the river called Mirna in the northern part of Istra, the peninsula on whose southern cape I live. Besides the scenery and the flowing water, I'll show you also some insects and one spider. Their scientific names, or at last a name of the family they belong to, can be seen in the following list that includes the ti...
