Your name is not just another name. Your name means something. Your name has value. But that value comes with how you are living your life…Living a life of integrity, gratitude, love, kindness, and respect. When people say your name they can do nothing but smile.

Jamaica...My lil ninja princess's favorite place. I wrote this while watching her have the time of her life playing in the sand...Livin life carefree with no worries...This is the way to live =0)

Stop acting like our time here will last forever... Look up! Embrace what's all around you... Let all your senses delight in the beautiful gifts of life... It won't always be this way... You won't always have the ones you love here with you... So don't waste it on things that will not provide a return on your investment...

Love can't come with motives... Love doesn't need a contract... Real love doesn't see backgrounds or color... Real love is given freely no matter if nothing is given back in return... In this vibe, I recall one of the many times my father displayed this kind of love... It stuck with me... This is what we should all strive for every day.

Probably the only fool sitting in his car talking to himself with his Washington Commanders helmet on. As a diehard fan since birth... This ride has been one for the ages and I am so thankful I have the opportunity to share it with my kids. I promised myself and my son that'd make a consistent effort to create more content each week. To bring Joy...Laughter...and Positive Vibes into this world...

There's no such thing as the perfect time... There's no such thing as the perfect moment... If you have something that you want to do... If you have something on your heart... Let it go... Write it down... Speak it even if the person you are speaking to is yourself... When you do this regularly... Peace... Clarity... Healing... Freedom.

You can't fix everything... You can't always be the one who swoops in and saves the day... This is something I struggle with... Because it's in me to do just that... The best thing you could ever do for yourself... When your struggling with something... The best thing you could ever do... Is let it out... Through journaling... Tell a friend... Pray... Whatever it takes to get it off yo...

Why can't an act of kindness be just that... A simple act... A simple act of love... Why do we need to make this complicated... Why do we need to ensure the cameras are on so the world can see what we're doing... We've lost sight of the intentions of the simple act... The purpose is not to gain likes or attention... Instead... To spread LOVE, JOY, & HAPPINESS to a friend in need...

Transitioning into something new can be scary... You really don't know what to expect... You have so many questions... But you show up anyway... You bring a NEW PERSPECTIVE... A new ENERGY... A new VIBE... You were not created to be like everyone else... You still have purpose just like you did before... But now... In this place... You get to share your light with a new audience... And man......

Every year we start with the right mindset.... The right intentions.... But there's always that one pivotal moment in our journey.... Where we lose sight of our goal.... Whether that's distractions, failure, or believing that lie you told yourself.... The journey isn't supposed to be easy....

Coaching J-Bug's Flag Football team this year has been awesome... Having the opportunity to positively influence and teach these young men not just the game but about LIFE... Family... I mean that's why we're hear right... To develop and sharpen one another... To grow and to get better... To learn and to lead one another... No one is better than the next person... We all have our diffe...

As I was trying to put together my next BoogieVibes episode... Leia walks into the studio... I think the best moments in life are the ones that aren't planned and kind of just happens... As always... Keep Smiling! Keep Laughing! Keep Spreading the JOY!

When you focus... I mean really put your heart, mind, and full attention to something... Good things happen... Focus takes practice... Focus takes patience... Happy Sunday Beautiful People! I always look at Sunday as the RESET BUTTON... I ask myself "What went well this week?" What can I improve?

Going through a difficult times... One of the best things you can do is take the focus off of you and your situation... Instead... Focus on what you could do to be a blessing in someone else's life... Sometimes that simple act of kindness can be the one thing that gets you through your own personal struggles...

No matter where you find yourself today... No matter who you are with... You are a LIGHT... Let NO MAN, WOMAN, BOSS, or ANYBODY put out your light... Because they can't unless you let them... You were created to shine bright... Even if you are the only one shining...

We all get angry and upset sometimes but how we respond in those situations is what really matters... No

Love The Person who stares back at you in the mirror... If anybody doesn't accept you for who you are then they don't deserve to be in your life... PERIOD.

Sometimes you get song that moves your heart... I had to put words to what I was feeling... Every day is an opportunity to make your mark...
