We wrap up the Secretary of State purging of inactive voters saga, for now. We also talk about the events since the last episode. Some people think they're pretty interesting, and could have a major impact on Montana's elections.

We discuss the Montana primaries, polls, and whats gonna happen if we don't pass a dang levy or bond anywhere in the state.

How are the Montana statewide racing shaping up? Good question. We go through all the statewide races from Governor to Supreme Court Justice and tell each other how we feel about them. 

Montana's federal candidates are ramping up their campaigns after months of building there base. There has been some excitement in the senate and eastern congressional races, but we take a explore each campaign a little deeper.

We talk about the which charter schools are coming to Montana, why a certain representative can't make up his mind, and we rate the last five governors of Montana on how "Montana" they are.

Every last one of those politicians are plants, and that's why politics is so confusing. We theorize about how exactly all these plants were put in place... There is also plenty of interesting news from across the state, and the political money is starting to pour into the state.

This episode wraps up a whole year of podcasting for us. Wow. We review the past year in Montana politcs, what we thought was important, and what we anticipate will be impactful for 2024. In looking forward, we make some guesses about the upcoming election and give a basic overview of what campaigns will look like.

Marijuana, what is it? Bad? Good? Haven't we figured this out by now? We dunno either. Now is a good time to refresh(or refer back to?(no, not funny?)) this conversation after our governor asked a judge to dismiss a case which challenges his marijuana spending veto. We also do a quick round robin of our favorite stories across the state, and continue our election watch 2024.

Taxes, coal, politicians, oh my. We get into this whole property tax deal which only effects the wealthy landowning Montanans, so how important is it really? The enviroment is kind of important, so we talk about that too. We also attempt to give you the best possible update on political candidates.

We answer some listener questions, but not before talking about the end of the MT Legislature and Pride. We got through questions about the Montana constitution and our reason for getting involved in MT politics.

We look at some of the bills at the Montana legislature, and try to understand why representatives are advocating for and actively censorsing Montanans. We also talk a little bit about the state budget and the upcoming senate race.

How will this legislature impact the 2024 election? We don't think it will, it never does. However, we might be wrong, and that's okay too.
