AND. Life Isn’t Simple.

Health EN ↓ 17 Folgen

Realistic take on life with humor from a mindfulness point of view. Noel and Chelsea met one day and said, ”You have a degree, I have a degree, we love to laugh and discuss these things- maybe we should share these laughs and get people talking about the stuff that really matters.” The rest was herstory. This podcast is here to shine a light on the challenges, success stories, support in place, and the just funny shit about military life and how we have all figured out how to cope. And man, none of it has been simple.
