Ending us off, the final week, we take a look at the global event that makes us believe giants are real. That’s right; The Worlds Strongest Man comes to town and makes all my time in the gym feel pointless.

Going from the ACL we take a look at the Scottish Highland games, a fascinating historical sport that has managed to make it’s way across the world.

The last of the Combat Sports. This time we go with the blunt metal and historically accurate Chainmail of the ACL, or the Armored Combat League.

Coming into the home stretch we go to the America’s and take a look at the History and modern version of Lacrosse. One of my favorites and one that both of us have spent a good deal of time learning about.
