On November 2, 1985, around 1:20 in the morning, 15-year-old Jeff McQueen was killed on Kentucky Highway 698, in Stanford, Kentucky, just a short distance from city limits. Jeff was walking home when he was hit by a car and left to die. Jeff’s motionless body was hit again by another car. No one has ever been convicted, and the killer still runs free. In this podcast, we will review the investigator, medical, and autopsy reports and discuss the case with Jeff’s mother.

On Saturday, October 11, 1986, the bodies of Jackie McHargue and Emma Ingraffia were located in a burned vehicle on Mullins Station Road in Rockcastle County. Subsequent investigation revealed that both victims had been shot. Several old tires had been used to assist in burning the vehicle. Both victims had been reported missing approximately five days earlier.
