North Korea has signed a defensive agreement with Russia, provided them with artillery ammunition and long-range missiles for its war in Ukraine. It has agreed to send engineer units to occupied Ukraine and last week it had six soldiers killed in a Ukraine missile strike. Is it possible that North Korea will send combat troops to Ukraine? It should be viewed as India looking to strengthen its economic position based on its national interests.
