Appropriately, this one was something of a disaster. Rita's laptop ran out of battery at 55:44 because even though it was plugged in, it wasn't switched on at the wall (Joe's fault) and then when we noticed and got it back up 7 minutes later, it had mischievously switched its input to the built-in mic instead of the earphone mic (the ghost in the machine's fault). If nothing else comes from this commentary series, and that's a certainty at this point, then at least we've proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Vince Vaughn's character is responsible for every single human life lost in this movie.
