Here I arpeggiated Felt Instruments' Helenko celeste and played two sets of keys sampled into Ableton's Simpler. I then passed both through the Felt Instruments Smugi sequenced filter bank. Thanks to the influences of the Disquiet Junto community and all the musicians and YouTubers whose content I've devoured over the years. This track is not my usual fare. I created a wavefolder in Max genexpr then sampled sine waves at various pitches, which I then used in combination to ping AudioThing's Dials filter and Felt Instruments' Smugi sequenced filter bank. Late night noodling with a couple of KORG controllers and some sequenced instances of u-he Bazille CM and u-he Tyrell N6 soft synths recorded live to a stereo track. This mix adds a kick and some effects to the original recording.

Inspired by converting a picture of an aurora into sound and then messing about with an MS-20 effect that produced the pulsing sounds that form the backdrop of the track.

Based around a framework of MIDI tracks taken from Blackstrobe's remix of The Rapture's Sister Saviour. That track was a contribution to The Wired CD (Wired 12.11). This track also includes a couple of samples from the Blackstrobe track.

Based around MIDI tracks taken from Thievery Corporation's contribution to The Wired CD (Wired 12.11), DC3000. This track makes quite a bit of use of the KORG MS-20 software synthesizer.

Based around MIDI tracks taken from Dan the Automator's contribution to The Wired CD (Wired 12.11), Relaxation Spa Treatment. This track includes appearances by the software KORG MS-20 and a real live Casio CZ-1000.
