I'll remember this sketch because the demo here sounds like it did in my head. We saw an electrical storm like no other from Korčula, looking east to Dubrovnik. There were intense rains that day, but by night we were oceanside at our Potirna Air Bnb under a moderate breeze, watching 3 parallel lightning shows duke it out. Link to the post.

While in Croatia this month, I was digging through some old tapes and found a recording of Radio Bulgaria I made from 2006. Not sure what happened here - they started playing a traditional tune, then kicked into this hold-music funk. I'm digging the solo sections - terrible and tight ending! There's a scene in one of my favorite movies Never Cry Wolf, where the main character is listening to a distant broadcast just after he's been dropped off on the frozen tundra to begin his solo adventure studying Canis Lupis. I'm going to go see if this is the act...

Written in Korčula, Croatia - I had a surge of stuff fall into the notebook on my first beach day. I'd sample my SG a few different ways so I could play with the Guitar Cult sound sans the people.
