The Texas Baptist Crucible

Our episode today begins with an apology, which is very important. Don't dismiss it or take it lightly. Next comes an explanation about why this particular episode is a day late. Then comes the main subject of today's episode which is me addressing some of the claims made by the Longview Baptist Temple (and others of their ilk) when it comes to the King James Version of the Bible. How does a place like the Longview Baptist Temple come to be? It doesn't just appear out of nowhere. It comes from something. How do you explain it? Exactly what was so bad about the way people were treated at the Longview Baptist Temple? What is a human being and how should we treat others? And what is the most basic command given in all of Scripture?

The learning curve on the technical side of this is going to take me a minute, so I hope you'll be patient with me. Hopefully the production quality will increase with each episode. This is just a short introduction to tell you what this is all about--no guests today but look for them real soon.
