That Prophet

Only because iniquity abounds is there such great confusion about law and grace, and about what is God’s part and what is ours in the scheme of things. What is the truth about these? What is the relationship between the two? Is there any relationship at all, as many deny there is? Deliver yourself from the fruits of iniquity, by the mercies of God; believe Him, pay the price, and obey.   This epis...

Our faith in the Lord is His chief pleasure. Why? It’s because we’re here on earth only for the interim. It is God’s Ultimate Will and Joy to bring us into His Kingdom, to lift us up above and beyond this realm of vanity, of darkness, suffering, and sorrow. This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “God’s Supreme Pleasure,” originally from ThePathofTruth.com.   The audio for this episode...

The vast majority of professing Christians don’t have a clue about the true nature and essence of grace, though most use the word. They usually treat it as a concept of one’s reasonable imagination; a fairytale nice to believe; an established theory or doctrine, without conditions, without resultant life changes; or most often, unmerited favor of God that comes regardless of their spiritual state,...

Jesus said that those who were not offended in Him were blessed. How hard, yes, even impossible, it is for men and women to not be offended by the Truth. We have all been there. It is time to take a closer look at what has been reaped by taking offense, and to differentiate between reactions of selfishness and speaking the Truth in righteousness.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teachin...

Humankind takes pride in the false humility of saying, “It is only my opinion.” But is it not opinion that divides us from God and from each other? People act as if by having an opinion, and allowing others to have the same, they are promoting peace and goodwill. While choosing to opine, many think they are being objective, broad-minded, and understanding, but it is the very opposite. Opinion prom...

Several important questions are raised and answered: What is the purpose of the Lake of Fire? What is the second death? And how does one who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ enter the Kingdom of God?   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “The Great Promise of the Lake of Fire and the Second Death,” originally from ThePathofTruth.com.   The audio for this episode was produced using...

There is no good thing that God will withhold from those who look to Him. Who are those that look to Him? Those who are ready to hear Him in all things and obey Him. Obey Him in what? There are three levels of obedience, covering all aspects of life. Hear what they are and how you can walk in them.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “Obedience ,” originally from ThePathofTruth.co...

What is repentance? We all think we know, but do we? Repentance is turning from our righteousness to God’s righteousness. It is a recognition that, in and of ourselves, we have no worth. Truly, it is only by the grace of God that we can know this, both the definition and the reality. One day you will know, because you will have experienced it.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “...

As children born of men are destined for manhood, so are children born of God destined for Godhood. What could be more natural than that? How else will God be all in all, when His work is done? Yet the very ones professing faith in Him find these truths most offensive, calling them blasphemy. This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “Godhood - The Destiny of Those Born of God,” originall...

A short paper on the basic principles of prayer – nothing complicated, but that which is needful for any saint, young or old. This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “Prayer,” originally from ThePathofTruth.com.   The audio for this episode was produced using ElevenLabs.

Are believers in Christ bound to sin for the rest of their lives, as some believe, or does He deliver us from sin and sinning by giving us a new Nature? The Scriptures may appear to say both, but what are they actually saying? Praise God, we know the truth of the matter, and the truth not only gives hope, but makes free when believed.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “Do Christ...

What you need to know about confession – what it is, why you need it, how it works, and where it takes you. Life and peace await those who truly forsake their sins and are cleansed of all unrighteousness.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “What Is Confession?,” originally from ThePathofTruth.com.   The audio for this episode was produced using ElevenLabs.

Those in the world assume that going by faith is like flying blind, or worse – having no reason to believe or hope for something, only having the desire to do so. They expect something in the future and are invariably disappointed. True Biblical faith has nothing to do with wishful thinking or imaginations. It is based on substance and fact, though hidden from the carnal senses because it connects...

There is no place for partisanship in choosing and doing what is right. The Scriptures are full of examples and directions on how one can prosper, not in keeping one’s life, but in losing it for God’s sake by obeying Him in what is good when familial connections come strongly against doing so. We have seen how those who choose their families over doing what is right reap a sorrowful harvest. This...

The following indicators deceive many into thinking they are Christians. If this is what’s happening with you, then you’ll need to be disabused of your delusion before you can receive the Lord Jesus Christ. This begins with hearing the truth.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “Are You a Christian?,” originally from ThePathofTruth.com.   The audio for this episode was produced us...

“And we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now” (Romans 8:22 MKJV). This describes the separation and isolation that all people experience, no matter how well connected they seem to be with others. Why is it this way? And what is the remedy that stands at the door, prepared to satisfy this most basic need and yearning for unity? A wonderful change is coming tha...

In this part, I further distinguish the differences between the Messiah and that prophet. Many confuse the two, which leads to erroneous conclusions, expectations, and decisions, thus withholding from them the release, freedom, joy, and power of the Truth. With truth and clarity of vision, according to Scripture, the confusion is eliminated and I identify who that prophet is.   This episode is an...

Some interesting thoughts about that prophet who is first mentioned and briefly described by Moses. What is he all about? What will that prophet look like and be found doing? There’s more to be discerned in those few words of Moses than first appears.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “That Prophet - What Moses Says,” originally from ThePathofTruth.com.   The audio for this epis...

Muslims have proclaimed that Muhammad is the prophet prophesied by Moses who would have a relationship to God and the people similar to what Moses had. In this part, we examine this claim according to the characteristics of Moses and his ministry, and consider the matter of the identity of this prophet.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “Who Is That Prophet? Part 1 – Eliminating...

Every child of God born of Christ is a prophet. And from among these children, God calls some to serve in the office of a prophet, a particular calling among several serving His Body and the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “What is a Prophet?,” originally from ThePathofTruth.com.   The audio for this episode was produced using ElevenLabs.

Jesus Christ, by living in complete submission to God, which could only come by a pureness of heart in a spirit untainted by sin, served as a conduit of Light that fully illuminated the Being of God. We do not know the great honor of God, until we see Him honored by Christ. We do not know the great glory of God, until we see Him glorified by Christ. We do not know the great power of God, until we...

If Jesus was buried at the end of Friday and was up before sunup on Sunday, where are the 3 days He promised, the sign of Jonah? How do we know the saying wasn’t a Jewish idiom, an expression exercised to include partial days in the count of three days and three nights, as is so foolishly argued by some? Why, we can go to the Authoritative Scriptures for the answers, always! That’s how we know. Is...

This is for the person who wants to know what he or she must do to have the salvation of God. It doesn’t matter whether you are an atheist or one with many years of experience in religion. God is no respecter of persons, and He is not a disrespecter of any who come before Him in sincerity and say, “I don’t know but want to. Show me the way.” That is what He has given us for you in this paper. This...

Is it God’s will that we be healed and have health in body, mind, and soul? If so, why are so many not experiencing healing? In this writing, you’ll hear about what His will is for you, and the secrets to the treasure house of all good things in His will.   This episode is an audio rendition of the teaching “God Heals Today His Way,” originally from ThePathofTruth.com.   The audio for this episode...

Although this document will “prove” that we are a “cult,” seeing that our beliefs and practices are in some cases quite contrary to nominal Christendom, we are often suspected, accused of, and condemned as a cult for many other reasons. There are so many false rumors of us that I could spend my time addressing those alone. That is not the purpose of this paper. The purpose, rather than fighting th...
