Rev Kev's Reflections

Are we building our lives on a firm foundation? This powerful message challenges us to examine the roots of our faith, drawing inspiration from Colossians 2:6-7. We're called to be 'rooted and built up' in Christ, establishing ourselves firmly in our beliefs. The story of the wise and foolish builders from Luke 6 reminds us that a house - our life - built on rock withstands the storms, while one o...

In our spiritual journey, we're called to walk a path of worship - not just through song, but through our entire lives. The key scripture, Proverbs 3:5-6, reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. This isn't just about blind faith; it's about cultivating a deep, abiding relationship with God that permeates every aspect of our being. We're challenged...

In this powerful message, we're called to 'rise up' and shine as believers in a world filled with darkness. The central scripture, Isaiah 60:1-3, reminds us that even as darkness covers the earth, the Lord's glory will arise upon us. This isn't just about passive faith, but about actively standing up for our beliefs and letting God's light shine through us. The message draws a fascinating parallel...

In the this year of Awakening, one aspect of this awakening will be Restoration. There will be restoration in the believers lives, their relationships with the Lord, restoration of those things the enemy has tried to steal! There will be a restoration of reverence for The Lord and His Holiness and Righteousness in the Body of Christ and the World!

When we give our lives to Christ we become new creations, old things pass away, all things become new. We get a fresh start on life. This is great news. Our lives with Christ after that becomes a journey. During this journey the old ways, or "Old Man" will try to return in our lives. During this journey into the newness of life with Christ we must not just Talk the Talk of being a Christian, but w...

Does Size Matter? A lot of times we hear people say "I don't have enough faith or I need more faith." This is a deception. The enemy works through doubt and unbelief to weaken our faith. It is not size or quantity but the quality of our faith that moves mountains. 100% pure faith is all that is required to move the mountains in your life. the key to a successful walk of faith is to operate in pure...

We all have a destiny. God has a determined destiny for each and everyone of us contribute to this The first part of this destiny is developing a relationship with His Son Jesus. This year will be a year of restoration and reconciliation. Those who have been separated from God and return to Him, will be restored and join the separated remnant.
