Game Time With Manny

After two weeks I have returned with a cold! I sound congested and cough the whole time! Despite that we manage to make our way through the news and the Game Awards world exclusives. The games we've been playing are largely the same, but we're actually finishing them now. Since I am sick please forgive me for not cutting the weird 30 seconds were I thought Matt disconnected from the call!

The news is essentially a barren wasteland, but Matt is high on Christmas spirit as we talk about some announced release dates and a Pokemon patch that has people going buck wild on each other. I played Pokemon and like 30 minutes of God of War and Matt only played a little bit of it! This episode is truly a banger. You won't want to miss it!

The Game Awards nominations are where we spend a majority of the news time before mentioning the current gen Withcer 3 Patch and the upcoming Splatoon 3 season. Then Matt talks bit about Rabbids, God of War, and Bayonetta before I get far too passionate about Pokemon Scarlet/Violet.

Nibellion leaves Twitter, Pokémon is coming out soon, and Control 2 was announced. Since we missed last week there's actually a decent amount of stuff to talk about. As for the games we've been playing this episode is absolutely stacked. Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, Bayonetta 3, God of War: Raganarok, Until Dawn, and the new Plague Tale! There's a whole lot we discuss!

I've moved in to my new home, but now there's more going on so I get interrupted a few times! The news is slow, but steady as we see some Midnight Suns DLC, the world's cutest Pokémon, A remake of The Witcher, and the continuing saga of Bayonetta's original voice actor! In games Matt beat Grid Legends, and started Mario+ Rabbid's Spark of Hope. I too started Rabbids, but also started going down th...

It's the day before I move, but we still manage to find time to talk about the weird Bayonetta voice debacle nd some other stuff. I've been playing a ton of Disney Dreamlight Valley and a bit of Vampire Survivors 1.0. Matt started Grid Legends. If I remembered more about this one I would have typed it haha.

We return for a normal day and talk about the bits of Pokémon news over the past two weeks and the new Need for Speed game that apparently comes out in two months. I didn't have a chance to play much, but Matt has continued to play Splatoon 3 and he's really enjoying it just as I do. To finish we finally do another part 3 in which we go through a bracket to decide what the best game of 2015 was. S...

Guys, I'll be honest. This was supposed to go up last week and it didn't end up happening. I forget what even happens in this episode since it was recorded early on a Wednesday. This kind of thing will stop happening after next Friday, because I will live in the same place as my computer. Right now I'm only at my house 1 day a week. Please enjoy haha.

Stadia is shutting down, a new Pokémon called Wiglett with the ability gooey was announced, and Vampire Survivors 1.0 update comes out October 20th! Once we've had our fill of the news we move over to what we've been playing and it's intense as always. I beat Splatoon 3 AND Trombone Champ, and Matt stared playing the Saints Row reboot. News - 5:35 to 25:06 What We Played - 25:07 to 55:23 Specific...

Can you believe I forgot to upload this last Friday, which is the second time in a row I had forgotten? Well, it's true. We were off schedule and apparently it really fucked my sense of time up. Anyways, this was last Wednesday so I barely remember it. We talk about the GTA 6 leak and some other stuff?

You may have been asking yourself why there wasn't a podcast uploaded on the 16th and the answer is that I'm an idiot! We recorded it and I totally forgot to upload it! Today is a Wednesday and I came home to record a new episode early. So now thanks to that you get not one, but TWO episodes in a week. I'll upload the old one today and the new one on Friday. What might this out of date episode hav...

The podcast returns after a one week hiatus! We're just in time to give you the latest Pokémon news and let you know what Disney announced at the D23 showcase! We forgo a part three because it's Matt's Girlfriends birthday. However, before that listen to me talk even more about Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and a little bit of the new JoJo's game. Matt played Nobody Saves the World and it sounds pretty d...

Recently I always find some excuse not to do the timestamps and today it's because I'm almost falling asleep as I type this. The podcast however, was mildly exciting! Gamescom is happening and Geoff Keighly announced some stuff that was okay? Also the PS5 is getting a price increase in almost every territory. As for the games we've been playing I've been continuing to chip away at Xenoblade Chroni...

We return from our 200th episode refreshed and ready to podcast. With two weeks of news we go over EVO, some delays, and all the shit Embracer Group is buying. Matt finished Triangle Strategy, so that allows us to talk about how sick Bayonetta 2 is. Also, I played 50 more hours of Xenoblade Chronicles 3. To finish we chat about the games that are going to be coming out this Fall. News - 8:09 to 47...

This week for our 200th episode special Matt and I create a legally binding list of the top 100 games of all time. It took way less time than either of us thought it would. I will post a link to a google doc here with the reverse order (100-1) if you want to witness the glory for yourself. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xR8SZUIonh4zu6j1pAxlCRgicBxH-gl5oF9nBTjWuE4/edit?usp=sharing

Matt had something to do, so surprisingly he couldn't debate the top 100 games of all time for 5 hours or more. We decided to do a normal episode with just parts 1 and 2. However, special guest Noukeo joins us. For the news we mainly just talk about the Pokemon Presents and EVO and then transition to what we've been playing. Matt regales us with tales of his exploits and Noukeo let's us know about...

Next week we hit a huge milestone with our 200th episode, so we decide to again forgo a part 3 because next week will be a wildly long episode. For the news we hit on all the sweet Bloomberg reporting, the Black Panther game in development, Mario Kart DLC, and some Sony profit loss. To finish we discuss such hot gaming exploits as Lego Star Wars, Triangle Strategy, Stray, and Ultimate Chicken Hors...

This week I was recording away from home and forgot to transfer the theme song project files to my laptop. So sadly no theme song or part 3 this week, but we still manage to talk about some news and a lot of video games we played. News - 1:23 to 29:05 What We Played - 29:06 to 1:01:42 Specific Games Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - 29:10 to 30:31 Triangle Strategy - 30:32 to 35:16 Forza Horizon 5:...

We record a day early and bring you news of things Nintendo tweeted out at random, some stuff Sony is doing, and the fact that the new Skate will be free to play. I didn't play anything, but Matt continued Vampire Survivor and started Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. To finish Matt made a bracket of racing games and we decide what the best one is. News - 3:33 to 41:54 What We Played - 41:55 to 50:16...

Matt and I start by discussing possible work week alternatives before diving into news of the return of E3's mangled corpse and a new Hitman 3 map! Games continue to be played, but this time Matt started to play Vampire Survivors and I finally got 100% in Neon White. To finish we pull from old Frosty and end up getting the absolute classic Sleeping Dogs. News - 7:10 to 36:52 What We Played - 36:53...

Matt had a rough week, so we cheer him up with all the hottest news from the Nintendo Direct Mini, and let him know that Crayon Shin-Chan's cool Switch game is being localized! Matt has continued to play Devil May Cry and is still way into Tiny Tina's Wonderland. I on the other hand have been continuing to play Neon White and just started Sunbreak! To finish we pull from Frosty and talk about a sm...

In the wake of NotE3 the news is essentially dead. However, there's always time to dunk on Activision-Blizzard for their horrendous decisions and find out who won't be showing anything at Gamescom (almost everyone). Matt is getting way into the original Devil May Cry, while I started becoming a freak by playing Neon White. To finish we make the most offensive list of the top ten games with Mario i...

The announcements of the non-E3 season rage on with showcases from Microsoft, Capcom, and Final Fantasy 7. A lot of cool games were announced and we talk about a good chunk of them. It seems like the announcements are slowing down now, but there still may be a Nintendo Direct to come. We forgo a part 3 again due to the abundance of news, but for our second part we talk about a bunch of games we pl...

This is the last week I'm watching my mom's dogs, so that means it's the final week with no timestamps for the time being. Not E3, or Keigh3 as some have dubbed it is in full swing. We talk about the myriad announces and upcoming showcases. News came out other than that like how Nintendo has a sequel to 1-2 switch ready to rip. Join us as we discuss all this and more!

I always feel the need to apologize for not doing time stamps, but here we are. I'm not at home and I just want to get this up quick. We jump right into not E3 with a bunch of news about Street Fighter 6, Final Fantasy XVI, and Pokémon Scarlet/Violet. I actually played some games, so we talk about what we played for a while longer than the previous few episodes. To finish Matt reads Amazon reviews...
