Every launch deserves a party, not a LinkedIn post nobody sees. 🎈Did you know almost 50,000 new businesses were registered in Ireland in 2025? Almost none had a launch party. The same for new launches from creators each day. No party, no celebration, no buzz! We want to change this. Launchy #001 lands at The Parlour Bar, Whelan's, Dublin, 29th September @ 6pm. 12 founders. 3 rounds. 5 minutes eac...

“I stopped people on Grafton Street and offered to help them plan their career in one minute. Most had never thought about their Career Assets, and it showed. A hard question to start off: Are you on the Career Ladder or the Assets Ladder? The laughs came fast. The realisation came right after. The Career Ladder was never designed to make you rich; it was designed to keep you climbing. Learn Earn...

The Career Ladder is 100 years old and badly broken. That’s why I created The Assets Ladder. The future of work isn’t a job. It’s a portfolio. However, this isn’t about quitting employment - it’s about not letting your job be your only plan. Jobs are temporary; assets are forever. Jobs pay, but assets compound. Whether you’re starting off, starting over, or starting a side hustle, this is for...

They don’t make them like this anymore? Epic music by Nefffex while we see some superb business creators like Daniel Priestley, Grant Cardone, Steven Bartlett, Sam Parr, Ali Abdaal, Miss Excel, MrBeast, and Alex Hormozi. Collabie on a Boat 🚤 We took Collabie out of the room and onto the water, and people from all over the world showed up! 50 people. One boat. Zero small talk that stayed small for long. The energy from the second people stepped on board told you everything. We totally rocked the boat! This wasn’t a networking event, it was a room (well, a deck) full of people genuinely curious about each other. TE...

The way careers start, adapt, and grow is fundamentally broken and is changing. Collabie’s collaborative careers are part of that shift. The future of work isn’t just jobs or going solo - it’s groups of people building things together. If you want to join an event, or run an event with Collabie, please feel free to message me. Thanks to Valentina Quezada for her help in creating this video for Col...

The Instagrammys, aka The Huawei Snapys Instagram Awards in 2015 were one of the best events we ever ran at Connector. My Instagram awards idea came from an Instagram Gallery event we ran as an experiment, as I mentioned before in a previous post . The awards became a game-changer for my business as we won Huawei as a client and worked with them for 6 years before selling my personal brand ‘Connec...
