Carol service message from Matthew 1:18-25

To benefit from Christ's birth, we need to not just appreciate it, but appropriate it. We need to not just believe he took on flesh and suffered and died, but that he did it for me, for my sins, that I am forgiven, that I have new life and hope in him. Watch: https://youtube.com/live/P_qK75IZgqQ

We often turn to God for answers to prayer. And he often blesses us. But how often do we thank him? And how many people receive answers to prayer, but then ignore him? Jesus not only has authority over demons and illness, he has compassion for all who come to him. His greatest healing is for our souls, since he died on the cross that we could be reconciled with God the Father. All who trust in him receive new life, a new identity as God's children, and the assurance of eternal life to come. Turn to him now, in faith, if you have never done so before. Watch om yo...

Jesus calls us from a life that is racked with sin and brokenness, from lack of hope, and without a close relationship with God, to a life of joy and strength, of holiness and peace, of closeness to him, with Jesus as our Good Shepherd. Watch on youtube: https://youtube.com/live/8QHqvBfSMiU
