Whilst most of the attention goes on what happens on the field of play, there are tens of thousands of people that work hard to get these events to happen. David Lynam, Founder of London based Kaizen Ticketing, goes behind the scenes to talk to people involved in various sports at all levels. From club owners & CEOs, to service providers, broadcasters, administrators and volunteers, David gets their unique take on the industry and shines a light on some of the great work that goes on behind the scenes.
