Pastor Matt continues in Joshua with a message from Joshua chapter three titled "Where Have We Seen This Before". We observe that the Israelites crossing the Jordan happened in similar fashion to the crossing of the Sea of Reeds, and also happens around the same time as passover. Coincidence? We think not. Message Notes

As Pastor Matt continues in the book of Joshua, we walk through the story of the two spies taking refuge in Rahab's home, what this meant in it's cultural context, and how God was redeeming a previous sin of the Israelites. Message Notes

Pastor Matt gives the second message in our Joshua series from Joshua 1:6-18, and gives context to the conquest of Canaan. The watchers, the nephilim, and other dark supernatural forces are the clear target of Joshua's conquest, and this puts the events to follow in a much different light. Message notes

We kick off a brand new series in the book of Joshua with an introductory message from chapter 1. Pastor Matt discusses the significance of the laying on of hands from Moses to Joshua, and how the Lord is truly the one who brings victory, not our efforts. Message Notes

Pastor Matt gives a message from Hebrews 4 on Biblical rest. We see in the text that Joshua never achieved a complete conquest, and thus never allowing God's people to fully enter into the rest he had for them. Jesus, being a new Joshua, has delivered God's people and conquered the true enemy of the original conquest, giving us access to God's rest in it's fullness. Message Notes

As we wrap up the Gospel of John, we see Jesus' call to forgiveness and reconciliation with Peter. Message Notes

He never criticized them for going fishing, in fact like always, Jesususes the fishing to t...

In the last hours of His life, Jesus is condemned and sent to the cross. We see God's providence in how Jesus brings fulfillment to many scriptures, but we also see "signs from the sign" himself. Pastor matt brings three signs to our attention:1. When you are in your darkest moment, theLord still has the power and control over you,not your enemy.2. When you are misrepresented in your witness, the L...

As we near the end of John's Gospel, we will shortly see Jesus on trial, but unless we find ourselves in the trial and approach the decision made to crucify Jesus as a personal decision, then we are missing the cross altogether. All of us have a decision to make when it comes to Jesus. What will you choose? Message Notes
