La programmation musicale de la webradio est ciblée sur un format pop-soft qui regroupe les tubes des années 80, 90, 2000 ainsi que les hits actuels. En plus d’une programmation musicale forte, Génération FM suit l’actualité sportive avec son journaliste Olivier Delapierre qui réalise régulièrement des flashs infos relatant l’actualité sportive sur l'ensembel du bassin lémanique.
